hey-ho!

im soo happy. why? cause ive been blog-hopping and this time, it is fun! educational la.

i really like reading the blog that im reading, (wahh. lots of R), i got to know a couple of things just from that blog such as "Dieting tips" (haha), friendster = date-ster (totally true dont you think?), anger = moron and about this Prof who have been conducting interesting studies.

when reading this blogs, you kinda ask yourself, why the heck you dont know about this stuffs? which remind me of a conversation i had with miss feng, in that we are so ignorant about the world around us. We are too wrap up with our world. I think i realise that when during this particular module, EVERYONE is engaged in a discussion about something that i really have no idea of. And, they discuss it like its a general fact (i think it really is a general fact.) I think its about EU and some PMs, nevermind that most of the students in that tutorial are foreigners BUT they EVEN know about ASEAN! I mean, if not for the fact that i have to do my mid term papers on ASEAN, i wont know how its affecting the economy, why it take place in the first place or even the number of members countries in ASEAN.

I mean, we know what season Grey's Anatomy or Desperate Housewives is in now BUT the very main information that affect us one way or another, we choose to ignore.. simply because, ITS BORINNGGG but actually its not. If you follow thru the "story" just like Grey's Anatomy.

speaking of which, as to Benazir Bhutto's assassination, the wikipedia is quite efficient in uploading the information. I was reading thru about her in the wikipedia and i think shes just amazing, its sad for something like that to happen.

speaking of amazing, i truly salute those who can read codes and produce such nice website.

Okay. im getting distracted with the readings and research and plus, i have to wake up early to go for MTV-Glam Parrrrtttyyyy. whoo-hooo.

In which case, you must be wondering, Party in a MORNING? I dont think its a party-party la. Oh well, just make myself appear. But thats the case, ive been arguing with myself whether i should be present or not. Simply because, the theme is MTV-Glam, if you really know me, i have nothing that screams GLAAAMMM. I have la actually, BUT, im going to watch a play after that, which is a no-no. Skali people thought you are in the play, how? sape mau jawabb? Until my brilliant friend claims that its MTV, so, i can wear jeans.

however, i dont really have friends that i can be stuck with during the "party". Its a volunteer organisation which organise this for "volunteer appreciation" at a place at Raffles Place, i figure it must have nice view, nice food (oooohhhh!) but whether the company would be nice is something that you can debate about.

I always envy the kind of people who can go shopping at Orchard on their own or go to this kind of event on their own without really knowing a soul. I mean, of course i know people there but its a matter of, would you be left alone eventually?

Call me anti-social or whatever, but, i think i can make friends better if i have a friend with me. Thats how i think i am. On rare occasion like being in the same LT, i'll attempt to introduce myself to other people BUT only when the other person is alone. sad huh?

But, im trying to let myself out of such situations, sooo, back to the main story, i think i might just go to the "party", as the second step.

BUT FIRST, we shall see if i can wake up early enough to glam myself up. hmmmm.
